Community advice and guidance

Tuesday and Wednesday

Mainly for asylum seekers and refugees. Information and support on everyday life, helping people understand their rights, access services and settle into the local community.

Advice with Citizens Advice

Thursday

With Gateshead Citizens Advice, mainly for Eastern European migrants and refugees. Experienced advisers help with housing, employment, benefits and legal matters.

Training for community leaders

Regular training for leaders of small refugee and migrant-led groups, covering project management, leadership, fundraising and community engagement.

Experienced people and practical help to get your project off the ground and deliver it well.
